Street Fighter 6 Module Makes Iconic Legendary Pokémon Mewtwo Playable

A module for Street Fighter 6 adds one of the most iconic and legendary Pokémon, Mewtwo, as a playable fighter in a Capcom game. Street Fighter 6 was released in early June after much anticipation and hype from the fanbase. This entry not only brings back regulars like Ryu, Chun-Li and Guile, but also introduces several new characters and an all-new villain to fill the void left by the Street Fighter series' long-standing previous Big Bad, M. Bison. With the departure of Shadaloo's dictatorial leader, a man named JP takes his place as the team's new major threat. Players can prepare enough Street Fighter 6 Account in the game.

Street Fighter 6's JP is positioned as the successor to M. Bison, as seen in all the different aspects of his character. Unlike Bison, who revels in the evil that led to his downfall, JP is more of a tactical chess master who manipulates people to achieve his ultimate goal. He also possesses deadly psychic powers, which Bison has also used to create shadowy structures and fight while playing mind games with his opponents. As JP focuses on being a zone character wielding deadly purple energy, a mod builder found it perfect to replace his mod with Mewtwo.

The mod was created on Twitter by Mika - Tail Lover, who wanted to replace every member of the Street Fighter 6 roster with a character with a big tail, and Mewtwo was chosen as JP. Mewtwo's mod uses his model from Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, with JP's cane replaced by a spoon. The spoon is likely a reference to the Pokemon Adventure manga, where the super-powered use it as a self-defense weapon.

While the mod makes some concessions to make it work, such as no hand assembly, facial animations, and an alternate costume, the mod is oddly appropriate for a character like JP. JP uses shadowy attacks and effects that don't feel like it matches Mewtwo's aesthetic, though it's a Psychic type more in line with his aforementioned Super Smash Bros. . Ultimate. This Street Fighter 6 module can be downloaded from the Nexus modules website.

With the release of the full game, players have noticed that JP is currently one of the toughest characters to deal with. Due to JP's range and status as an area shooter, he has many options to make it difficult to deal damage or get close, although experienced players have found ways to control JP's area of control. Conversely, JP is also one of the most difficult characters to master, and many players may find his movement setup slightly unusual, but still very powerful in the right hands.
