Trump may be facing charges for Georgia election overturn effort

These lawsuits may end very badly for the former US President

In the year 2021, being updates on the many lawsuits, civil inquiries, and criminal investigations against Donald Trump would seem like a full-time job. probably more than the number of women who have agreed to marry the former U.S President.

As of March, the ex-president was facing more than two dozen lawsuits, which is quite a lot for someone who hasn't been spending their lives on lawsuits.  In terms of civil suits, the New York attorney general is investigating whether the Trump Organization distorted the value of its assets in order to obtain loans and tax benefits, and has recently won a big court victory.

This is in addition to other major criminal charges which could put him straight to prison. Trump is under investigation by the D.C. attorney general for inciting an attack on the capitol and another alleged attempt to overturn the election in 2020. This criminal investigation might be the end of his career.

To recall, Trump was caught in an infamous call to the secretary of state Brad Raffensperger in January, when he told him to "find 11,780" to overturn Joe Biden's win in Georgia. There were also reports where Trump publicly pressured and personally contacted Chris Carr and Governor Brian Kemp, to make him win the election.
