Kim Kardashian was given the Hidden Hills mansion they shared.

The Kardashian-West divorce appears to be moving forward despite Kim and Kanye showing mutual support in recent months.

Kim Kardashian was previously told by her mother Kris Jenner: "You're doing wonderful, honey."

After Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Kanye West less than a year ago, the ex-couple is still friendly and has even gone so far as to publicly display their support for one another recently. However, despite their close connection, the couple is still divorcing.

And Kim appears to have just come out on top.

According to E! News, a source close to the KUWTK star has been given the Hidden Hills mansion she once shared with the rapper.

Kim and Kanye reportedly "negotiated a buyout price" for their $60 million mansion, according to TMZ, which cited court records filed on Tuesday, Oct. 12. According to the source, negotiations between the ex-partners were friendly.

Kim and her four children have been residing on the sprawling estate, which was frequently featured in the E! reality series. For a total of $20 million, the couple bought the house in 2014 and renovated it in 2019.

In an interview with Architectural Digest in February of last year, Kim and Kanye discussed their renovations and passion for interior design.

Until I met Kanye, I knew nothing about furniture. But being around him has been a wonderful lesson for me," Kim told the publication. "Now that I realize what we have and why it's essential, I take tremendous joy in it."

Donda rapper Axel Vervoordt recruited the services of Belgian designer and tastemaker Axel to bring his idea to life. According to Kim, even though she and her ex-husband had similar likes, she was the one with the better organizational skills when it came to redecorating their apartment.

"A neutral color scheme was one thing that Kanye and I both liked. The design is quite clean and uncluttered, and that is something I really like. The world around us is in complete disarray. When I enter a place, I want to feel at peace right away "she was kind enough to divulge. "At times, Kanye would come up with the most outlandish ideas. Drawers are required! I was known as the functionalist's advocate." Kim's victory in the real estate market comes at an opportune time. Kanye West has advertised his Monster Lake Ranch in Wyoming for $11 million, according to a report by E! News on Monday, Oct. 11. The Yeezy designer, on the other hand, still owns a house in the state that's even bigger.

However, a source recently informed us that Kim and Kanye are "a good place," even though their future is unclear.

the insider said of the KKW Beauty founder's relationship with Ye, "She is appreciative for his guidance and that they have come to a happy place." "They've formed a good friendship through respecting each other's preferences."
