The fashion mogul needs no introduction wherever she goes, her fashion statement and presence speaks for herself. 

Kim appeared in an all-black covered Balenciaga haute couture outfit during the Met Gala 2021 held last September. The show which is dubbed as fashion's biggest night out was graced by well-known celebrities. 

 With that this year's theme In America: A Lexicon of Fashion, fashion designers dressed their chosen celebrities for the night. Kim Kardashian's statement outfit did not only stand out but created quite a stir among netizens.

Kim was likened to many iconic characters in different movies because of her all-black outfit that lined her face together with her eyes which some say made her look like one of those characters in Harry Potter movies -Dementors, a sleep paralysis demon, and an alien queen. Some even say that Kim must have had a bad day and doesn't want to come out all glammed up so she covered her whole body. Well, it turned out that this self-made billionaire was still in full makeup even with all those covers as Mario Dedivanovic, her makeup artist, shared photos of a mask-less Kardashian before the event.

The socialite already made a reaction to the different memes on the net through her Instagram post. Kardashian wrote, "What’s more American than a T-shirt head to toe?!" This post received various reactions from the netizens. One user commented, "ya maybe American horror story."  While another one defended Kim by saying, "Honey YOU are THE American Style!!! Only YOUUU can go dressed like that and be immediately recognized! ICOOOONNNNNNN."
