Venom showed true carnage in theaters this October!

The new Venom movie made fans go crazy and excited for more upcoming Spider-Man movies.

Fans of the first Venom film will be overjoyed with the arrival of Venom 2: Let There Be Carnage. With Tom Hardy as Venom, Sony's big-screen adaptation of the Marvel character's story was both action-packed and funny. But, for anyone who enjoyed last year's transformation of Mr. Hardy into a scary spider-like alien, there's good news! Another film, a prequel, will be released later this year (coronavirus permitting).

As of right now, the following is all we know about Venom: This is going to be a bloodbath. Before COVID-19, Venom: Let There Be Carnage was supposed to be published in October 2020, however it was delayed to June 25, 2021, September 17, 2021, and even later in October 2021 as cases of the delta version began to spread across the United States. The standalone feature Morbius, starring Jared Leto as the Spider-Man vampire villain of the same name, was slated to hit theaters before it, but it has now been postponed until January 21, 2022. It goes without saying that Tom Hardy will return as Eddie Brock.

It's unclear if Hardy will once again soak in a tub of lobster, but he'll bring the same charm to Venom 2 that nearly turned the film into a comedy in the first place.. Former fiancee Anne Weying will be played by Michelle Williams. Venom villain Cletus Kasady will be played by Woody Harrelson, who was promised a role in the film's mid-credits scene as the symbiote villain Carnage. In addition, look for the return of Venom's long tongue. Stephen Graham, best known for his roles in Boardwalk Empire and The Irishman, will play an unspecified part, while Naomie Harris will portray the villainous Shriek.

A sequel's cast has remained unannounced at this time. Many people believe Tom Holland's Spider-Man will appear in a Venom film, although this seems unlikely at the moment despite the fact that technically it is possible. Venom's first foe, Riz Ahmed's Carlton Drake (who subsequently fused with the symbiote Riot), died in a spaceship explosion at the conclusion of the first film, thus he's unlikely to reappear in the sequel. In Venom, the mid-credits scene revealed that the spotlight had shifted to Woody Harrelson's Cletus Kasady. Again, Brock sits down with convicted serial killer Kasady for an interview as a journalist. However, other from Kasady's assurance that "there will be carnage when I get out of here—and I will," there isn't much to rely on in terms of storyline.

There's no doubt that line confirms Kasady's identity. His comic-book counterpart Carnage, the former symbiote that was shed when Venom freed Brock from prison, joins forces with him. Kasady and Carnage forge a deep bond, and Carnage has brutal abilities that are unmatched by Venom. No one knows how much of Carnage and Kasady's story will be based on the events of Venom 2, but one thing is for certain: it will be horrifying.

The character Shriek is also anticipated to have some sort of impact. A traumatized woman named Frances Barrison goes by the alias Shriek, and she has latent mutant powers including sonic blasts, flight, and the ability to incite nasty feelings after being mutated. She's Carnage's coworker and love interest in the comics, so it's only natural that she'd be included in the sequel. Moonlight actress Naomie Harris is expected to take the major role. There are two trailers available for the forthcoming Venom film if you're interested.

In the pilot, when Venom serves Eddie breakfast, he exclaims, "YUMMY". In the teaser, we see a lot of Harrelson as Kasady and a brief peek of Harris. The second teaser shows us more of Carnage and the destruction he'll wreak, as well as more of Shriek's screams. As well as the usual Eddie/Venom spat, this time about Eddie's apprehensions about being sent to Area 51 Watch this video right now for an exhilarating experience!
